Zoë Quinn-Phillips, Director of Operations

Zoë is the owner and head trainer of PUP, a thriving dog training company based in Montreal. She has been working with dogs professionally for over a decade and has helped hundreds of families acquire the skills and leadership to effectively raise healthy minded canine companions. Through her studies in psychology, specifically in the areas of developmental theory and learning, she has evolved a training philosophy that incorporates positive reinforcement techniques with focus on motivational learning. She is the only trainer in Quebec to have earned the Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) designation through the Certification Council for Pet Dog Trainers (CCPDT). She is also a professional member of the Association for Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) in the U.S. and the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers (CAPPDT).
